Community guidelines

Keep the wall kind.

A few clear rules protect the animals, the people behind the camera, and everyone browsing.

Share photos that celebrate cats without putting an animal or a person at risk.

Good for the wall

  • Photos you took or have permission to publish
  • Clear images where a cat is the main subject
  • Everyday moments, portraits, action, naps, and joyful chaos
  • Light edits that do not misrepresent harm or ownership

Not allowed

  • Animal cruelty, injury, fighting, sexual content, or graphic material
  • Photos copied from another person, publication, or social account
  • Visible phone numbers, addresses, identification, or private records
  • Advertising, watermarks, QR codes, promotional text, or spam
  • Synthetic images presented as a real animal photograph
  • Repeated uploads or attempts to manipulate likes and shares

How moderation works

Uploads pass file safety, duplicate, and content checks before publication. A reviewer may approve, reject, or remove a photo. We can also limit uploads or reactions when traffic looks automated. These controls protect the wall; they are not a promise that every published photo is accurate or rights-cleared.

Report a concern

Use the review link on any photo or visit the copyright and removal form. Include the exact photo URL and enough information for us to evaluate the request.
